Next time you’re on hold to Telstra (perhaps trying to get them to explain why they ever offered you a single bill if they never had any intention of supplying you one (more on that soon)), spare a thought for the poor mortgage holders featured in this article from The New York Times; folks whose mortgage companies are being paid by the Obama Administration to lower their mortgage payments, but still won’t take their calls.
