New American Telstra Exec Gets Traditional Herald Welcome
No matter how bad a day you're having, spare a thought for the Telstra employee who recently decided it'd be a good idea to cut off the internet account of the The Sydney Morning Herald's Paul Sheehan.
Reacting in his usual, calm manner - definitely not designed to provoke mass xenophobic hysteria- look out for delightful references to "heavily accented... incompetent Indian call centre operators". Still, it's hard to quibble with his central thesis that we, "the people that own the company, are now the company serfs". The full article is here
