If you’re feeling like you need a pick-me-up, then this week’s Customer Underground Five Favourites is for you.  We’ve got fave maven spots for Grooming & Beauty, so you can neaten up, or just indulge.  What do you think about these places?  Have we missed your favourite?  Review it! 

1. Venustus: Mavens love the treatments at this Paddington spa, especially the four-hands massage, and note they can do “maintenance type” service at once, saving time, and are open 7 days. It’s “not cheap” but Annie Nat says it’s “absolutely worth it”.
2. Victoria Street Chop Shop: This Potts Point (ok, Kings Cross) hair salon, and stylist Kate Neill, get raves for hair skills, “reasonable” prices, and good service. GimmeMore says she leaves there “feeling like a million bucks”.
3. Testarossa Sammy-Santino: And so you guys don’t feel left out, this “men’s hairstylist” gets five stars for service that is “solid, consistent, and reliable” and “good-value cuts”. TCC says “There is a reason people come back here time and time again – he is really fabulous!”
4. Lily’s Nails: A “tiny little nail bar” in Woolloomooloo, Lily’s gets applause from mavens for the “fantastic customer service” and “inexpensive manis & pedis”; Cleapatra calls it “a great find”.
5. Ross Fairhurst, Beautician: We’re including Ross to alert you to a hidden gem; he’s got an at-home salon in Redfern, “unbelievable” facials, and is “not as expensive as salons”; maven Ally raves that he is “the absolute best”.
