TERRIBLE SERVICE
I had a very bad experience. I was spening $25 a week with them and put in an expensive cardigan for drycleaning. It came back ruined as they didn't follow the drycleaning instructions. I left it with them to look at, and was told when I came back that nothing was to be done - no apology, no money back on the drycleaning ticket and no compensation. It was very poor customer service for someone who was a good customer, and I am surprised businesses like this still exist.
