Never again
Most horrible in-store mobile co experiences to date, ever. Ordered a new iPhone 4 and was overdue, was unable to access any information via email/phone so had to go in-store to enquire. Had to wait 35 mins until I got served. When I finally did, left thinking it was a waste of 35 mins of my life since I was unable to get any information about my phone since they didn't have access to this information.
When I finally did get my iPhone, I wanted to transfer my old Optus number across to Three and did so at the store. The transfer process was meant to take max 48 hours to occur. It ended up taking 2 weeks after I came back to enquire, they gave me an excuse. I followed by calling 3 Mobile and was given another 3 different reasons until eventually, I yelled on their Facebook Page and finally got the numer transferred thanks to their social media team.
Utterly useless.
