Favourite, Great value, Great service
I admit I didn't exactly kill myself doing a nutrition program with Amy McKendrick. But even I lost a few kilos, eating more (including more fat and carbs!), all thanks to McKendrick - a charming, pleasant, informed, dedicated professional who clearly gets results. She works on her own account, but also through the famed Damien Kelly Fitness Studio (Coogee, in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs) and it's through that gym I got the recommendation.
I commend Amy to you - she's great, affordable, and, above all, delivers those results!
