This is a business I only visit a few times a year but the service is always excellent. Being female you get a range of treatment in car/tyre businesses. But the staff at Bob Jane don't try and bamboozle me or talk down to me or rip me off (I know, I've checked, I compared tyre prices online before I went to them). I had to have all my tyres replaced and a wheel alignment done - they were quick and efficient. I know where I'm going back when my tyres need replacing again.
