Thanks to a succession of plumbing issues, I've had to contact Ryan from Bondi Plumbing quite frequently in the last two years. On each occasion, he's managed to find time to drop around the same day to assess the problem, and to carry out the relevant repairs when urgent. I've experienced none of the problems that have typically plagued my dealings with handymen- Ryan has always provided a reliable quote before carrying out the work and is brilliant at explaining the inner workings of a hot water system or toilet if you're interested (and even if you're not). Someone who obviously loves his job!
