Buon Ricordo

Dinner at Buon Ricordo has become an annual treat for my birthday and I look forward to it every year.  It is a perfect dining experience from start to finish, with impeccable and welcoming service, and excellent food.  I also love that this is more of a traditional restaurant - the sort of place to come when you want to spend time with the person/people at your table (rather than scoping out/being scoped out by other tables).  The decor is calm and white-tableclothed (with slightly odd combination of floral chair upholstery and '80s modern art).  If you go, you must have the truffled egg pasta - it is ridiculously good.  Another favourite of mine is the veal - pounded thin, crumbed, and wrapped around spinach.
