Good coffee, very cosy & really friendly staff!
I have driven past Café Jolie many times but, till this day, never stopped. It's a relatively discreet place- no crazy fluorescent sign, just a simple frontage. Inside, it's very cosy.
If you are looking for some morning sun rays, take a seat outside and grab yourself a freshly squeezed juice or something from the hot plate (I'm thinkin' bacon) to go with your coffee.
If you are looking to stay a while and have a chat, my advice in to head into the back room. It is quiet and away from the street. There are puzzles and a few play toys for the kids, but it's mainly just very comfortable.
Make sure you take the opportunity to look at the walls, on which are displayed some of the barista's photography. His name is Alexander Kesselaar and his skills are not confined to espresso. Check out his photography page HERE.
I will definitely be back. Great space.
