Bring earplugs to enjoy the food
One the one hand, the mexican food is actually decent, something I can't say about all but one other restaurant in Australia.
However, the quality of the food is drowed out by the fact that you can't even hear the person across from you, even if you're shouting. We left the restaurant with sore throats from shouting and that wonderful feeling of having your muscles beat to death by loud volume. Ever stand next to a speaker during a concert? We all left exhausted. If they solve the noise problem, I'd definitely come back for the food.
It's not exactly Tijuana
...then again, I've not had great Mexican food in Tijuana either. Cafe Pacifico is loud, the salsas can come hot, and it's a bawdy place to bring someone for tequilla shots (just don't expect to sip it slowly).
