The French are the best pastry and cake makers on the planet. C'est si bon are the best at that art in Sydney. I have a favorite cake. It is a combination of mango, white and milk chocolate mouse and I think some peach. I had been buying it for years (almost every birthday at least) without knowing the name of it. One day I asked the owner what the cake was called..."Nirvana" she answered with a shrug. The perfect name.
