If you don't know that a man's lips narrow as he ages, you're obviously not an incredibly vain, aging male. Being one myself, I decided that enough was enough - i needed to transform the slit i has in my lower face into a plump, youthful pout. I bit the bullit and, given numerous recommendations, visited Lisa at the modern cosmetic practice in Bondi Junction. Now most men would feel trepidation at the thought - would i end up looking like a drag queen? Jocelyn Wilderstein? My mother? But any nerves were immediately relieved by Lisa's silky smooth attention and hand-holding. A couple of little injections after a pack of ice so 'I wouldn't feel a thing', and then the swarm of carefully placed pricks everywhere else. No pain at all - what a sook I'd been in front of Lisa! As we proceeded Lisa would hand me a mirror so we could both admire her brilliance! End result: exactly what I dreamt of...fuller lips that people are noticing and saying I look really well and rested (without actually recognising specifically what was done)...but without looking like Angelina Jolie - or my mother!
