It's not easy to find this place - it is on the Sydney Eye Hospital grounds, just off Macquarie Street in the CBD of Sydney. You'll drift into an apparent unplanned Italian vacation - the fountain, the Italian-waitstaff, and the sun drenched tables make this a great venue for an extended lunch.
