There are personal trainers and then there are Personal Trainers.

I saw Cristian about 3 months ago and it's pretty obvious that he knows his stuff. The results have been outstanding: 3" off my waist (don't know what that is in metric); increased flexibility and endurance; dropped about 10 kg in flubber; put on quite a bit of muscle.

As you can see from his website, he has a lot of experience in the area of health and fitness.He's also great with people, and loves what he does. I can't recommend him highly enough.
