Very good NSW South Coast local bottle shop
When holidaying on the NSW South Coast, as I did with family and friends this past summer holidays, we stayed near gorgeous Seven Mile Beach National Park in the lovely but sleepy fishing town of Gerroa. The downside of the upside of its peace and quiet was the lack of amenities (only a basic newsagent/shop; and passable would-be upscale cafe).
That necessitated a visit 5 minutes up the road to the busier but still cute beach village of Gerringong, where I found this very good local bottle shop - it has the lot: good wines, whiskeys, bourbons, mixers, etc at ok prices (not cheap but also not outrageous).
When, as we did with rather embarrassing regularity, ran out of booze supplies, it was very handy. If holidaying on the NSW South Coast near Seven Mile Beach, this is one of your best local bottlo options.
