Crown Relocations

I had my belongings moved from New York to Sydney, and they did a mediocre job. I was in contact with someone in Sydney and she was very responsive and helpful to my emails. The company they worked with in New York was not there most of the times. They moved very slowly in the paperwork, so it was frustrating trying to track my packages. I constantly had to email them to see what was going on, and at times I couldn't reach the consultant. In the end, they were very accommodating to my schedule, so I'm grateful for that. Two of my boxes were damaged during shipping, so one of my items arrived broken. They should have done a better job with the wrapping, so next time I'll keep that in mind.
