Truly great fitness trainers, program, brilliantly run business
This is the fitness place I'd been looking for - a short drive from my place, a combo of outdoor and indoor group training to keep me motivated and interested (the outdoor often in different locations), excellent trainers (owner Damien Kelly and colleague Pete), pleasant co-exercisers, and a great, very smart fitout to the fitness studio.
For what is effectively private (small group) training, it's also fairly priced ($60-$90 a week with no shonky contracts, just a direct debit you can end any time).
Everything about the place says competent, committed and informed about exercise.
You won't find better group training in Sydney, I'd guess.
