Dr Sean Tan - Crows Nest Medical Practice, Crows Nest

Dr Sean Tan has just joined Crows Nest Medical Practice and he is fantastic.  He's very thorough and if you have a child I'd thoroughly recommend him.  Normally people that work in a GP have general training but he has "Paed" next to his name and all his letters for degrees so he also specialises in kids.

My child has Autistic Spectrum Disorder and he was pro-active on all the extra funding I could access through Medicare and wrote me referrals to the places that I attend that has saved me a stack of money.

When I made the initial appointment for my son I did it in my name.  He went in to my files prior to my appointment and asked me a question about a recent blood test and what was recommended to me.  I have a B12 deficiency and my doctor told me to take B12 tablets.  He advised that my levels were so low it wouldn't matter how many tablets I took I'd never get up to the recommended level and recommended B12 injections.  Well, they make me feel like a new person - I feel human again and honestly, if it wasn't for him, I'd spend all my working hours feeling tired like I used to.
