Staff member couldn't have been more helpful today
If you have a child over the age of 7, then you're probably very familiar with EB Games. My kids just love to browse in here and discover some great second hand purchases for their PS 2 (we're behind the times!) or their DS.
We visited the store in the Macquarie Shopping Centre today and the guy behind the counter was great. He spoke directly to my son who was after something quite specific and then helped him locate it in the store (I just stand there with the wallet open). He was very happy to answer all my 10yo's questions and engaged him really well. Yes I know it helps his sales but he was genuinely polite and helpful.
Anything (and anyone) that contributes to my quest for school holiday survival gets my vote at the moment.
Very helpful staff
I found the Christmas gift I was looking for here at a good price and the staff member, David, who assisted me, was super-helpful: he clearly explained the product and options for purchase (different packages), got the item that wasn't in stock in that store to be brought in that day, and gave me helpful tips about setting it up. I'll definitely be back for any future gaming purchases.
