A great personal trainer - and a great person
Coco is a great personal trainer - and a great person. I was introduced to Coco in 2008 and was warned that she was a tough trainer by friends. So before my first session, my image of Coco was of this potentially scary GI-Jane-type with a loud voice, ready to yell at me for an hour. I wanted to get fit after my first baby, and feel strong too. They were right; Coco is tough, there's no slacking off during her session. But my image was totally wrong.Coco is fit, dedicated and gentle; she's knowledgeable about training, introduces new exercises regularly, and as a result, we get a great workout. There is no screaming and shouting;. just constant encouragement throughout the workout as it gets tougher and you get tired. She starts most days with her early morning group session, runs mums and bubs groups regularly, and fits in her private clients. Locations are great too; Rushcutters Bay park, Coogee and Centennial Park.I attend one of Coco's group sessions for mums with babies/small children at Coogee. It's so easy and a beautiful location. Pat the nanny is a fantastic and calmly manages kids of all ages for those 70 minutes. If you're in Sydney's east and looking for a trainer; get in touch with Coco at EYB. cbeybpt@gmail.com
