I'd like to say never again
Mon dieu, this online business is shocking. I have tried several times over the last 3 or 4 years, each time having such a poor experience that I vowed never to go back again. But I did, hoping for the best. The last experience was the worst but similar in vein to its predecessors. Prices ok, expected delivery timeframe bearable, but actual delivery way, way, way later than promised. All ten books arrived late, in about 4 batches, the last one a month later than promised. The books for my holiday never made it in time. Utterly unapologetic customer service (email only too). And today I checked a prices on some kiddies' books that we've purchased locally for $3.99 - they're selling for $9.99. This is the end of the line.
Don't understand the name but who cares?
Fishpond have become my new go to for ordering DVD's online. I haven't used them for books but they have always had the movies and shows i am after, also some really good box sets that i havent seen in stores. The prices are good and they do deliver really quickly. I've never had a problem with any of my orders, in fact they provide heaps of information during the process- they keep you updated with shipping information as it tracks which is cool. Never had to return anything or make a complaint, if you like buying online I would definitely give them a shot!
