Great Fish Dish
Garfish at Kirribilli is one of my fave restaurants. The value for money is not that great, but the food is brilliant, the fish is as fresh as possible, and you will never leave feeling left out!
Fresh Fish For Everyone!
They have found the simple, yet very effective, trick to ensuring customers come back for more of their delicious meals. That is, fresh fish without over embellishing on the sauce.
The service there is very fresh and happy, and have mastered another effective service - remembering people's names. Why wouldn't you want to come back?!
Enjoy the swordfish, and have 12 oysters (none of the half dozen business - live a little!).
But always remember - go on a night you don't have to drive, otherwise you won't be worthy of any work the next day!

So you don't like seafood.... Garfish do a steak for you that will have you salivating and quietly relishing, while the rest of your friends over dinner are in heaven, loving every bite of the incredibly fresh seafood and amazing tastes of the sea. Garfish Kirribilli has more atmosphere than Crows Nest; which is why I prefer it. However if you are booking for more than 5; you do need to book in Crow's nest. This is the small, perfect place for a date, or that perfect dinner for four as you catch up in a quiet restaurant; or take the opportunity for an early dinner before the theatre at the Ensemble. Worth going often; not just for a special occasion.
