Effective,efficient,friendly and very easy to access
I have never been to Italy before and wished to find a place to stay in Tuscany for my wife and myself. With a sense of dispare I ploughed through the web until I stumbled on Getaway Guru, that was Friday a week ago!
Found a place, filled in my details at midday had a call from owner at 17.00 made a booking, he rang back saying he had to check with a previous contact so I used the site for more contacts.Found one on Monday this owner emails me from Lucca, result fully furnished apartment inside old town of Lucca for two weeks in September. All sorted out by Weddnesday morning. It has to be something of a record, it is such a success because of the great information on the site and the openess of the owners of the apartments/villas.
If we do this again say to Provence then I will certainly use this site againit is the immediacy and friendliness that I found so refreshing.

We can highly recommend 'getaway guru' for booking long term accommodation in Italy. The sevice is of high quality with an exceptional understanding of peoples needs. The properties we looked at were of a high quality and fitted our needs perfectly. The speed and efficiency with which our requests were filled was breathtaking. Having previously researched properties ourselves, it would take months to gather enough information to confirm a booking. This service was just weeks and all so easy. We would definately use them again and shall recommend them to anyone wishing an Italian getaway.
