Good grief, there goes the diet!
Normally, I would rather carve my way through a cheese platter... BUT I discovered the goodness of these velvety little temptresses!
Beautiful shop with stylish, clean, almost Asian asethetic littered with tiny little tempters- this a great place to go for coffee and cake and get away from the horrid hurly burly of the CBD on an uber busy day.
Oh, but please do NOT eat the lemon ones... I like them too much and get really, really annoyed if I don't get a lemony fix!
Yummy cupcakes, beautiful shop
Ghermez has a super-classy fit-out - it's gleaming, red & black, jewel box. And although it's small, there's a pleasant area to sit at the back, complete with magazines. The cupcakes are beautiful too, and yummy. My fave flavour is the red velvet.
These cupcakes are divine!
Beautiful, sophisticated and delicious. When you walk by the store on George Street, it looks more like a high end jewelry shop than a bakery. My favorite flavor is Orange and Almond.
