Goal Sport and Fitness

Goal Sport and Fitness runs soccer classes for kids ages 2 and up in Lyne Park, Rose Bay and in a number of other parks in the eastern suburbs. Classes are run after school and on weekends, as well as during school hours for the preschoolers. The classes are quite structured. For the under 5's, the classes are not only a great way to introduce kids to soccer skills, but also require them to listen and follow instructions- and they seem to fare so much better at that in soccer class than at home! Stuart has an unflagging energy when it comes to kids, which seems to put us parents to shame. He is simultaneously fun and firm, and manages to keep kids from ages 2 and up engaged and eager to please.
