That feeling of inner glee...brilliant!
You know when you got your first ipod and there was that feeling of inner glee, that amazement that *all* your music was on that little gadget? Goget is just like that. I have been using this car sharing service for a month now, and I am still in awe. There are four cars parked right near me, and you can book online without having to talk to anyone. Then you just walk up to the car, and use your smartcard, it opens, and you drive off! Includes all gas, insurance, registration etc - all you pay is an hourly fee + mileage. They clean the cars for you, and they have different cars, so if you need to carry something big, you can get a wagon. Brilliant!
Gives you a good feeling every time you use their service
Goget carshare is cheap, convienent and gives you a good feeling every time you use their service.Goget is ideal for anyone who does not use a car for work, lives in the inner city and does not want to buy a car for economic or environmental reasons. It strips away all the marketing crap about owning a car that reflects your personality, and provides the basic service that you require - transport. You do not need to deal with the hassles about insurance, maintainence and servicing. Their website and phone booking system is so easy to use, and if their ever is an issue they have a 24 hour helpline serviced by people who know what they are talking about.
terrible customer service
if there is no issue and all you do is give them you money and use the car great but wait how much does it cost.
been a member for 13 months now (said i would try it for a year). customer service is nonexistent worse than telstra ( not kidding is actually worse than telstra). expensive runs on average to just over $10 per hour of actual use so only good for less than two hours use and when i use a taxi as an alternative taxi come's in cheaper very often. rate payers are subsidizing this service which is wrong, this is a for profit business should not be being paid for by rates money for council. when compared to buying a new toyota yaris and owning it for 5 years owning is definatly cheaper on my numbers so am brought a car. spending over $250 per month for using the car for about 70 km thats $3.60 a km government says it costs 60 odd cents a km thats $3:00 profit great if you can get it. good luck but really just go buy a car you will be better off.
they are holding a lot of cash of yours up to $674 multiply that by all those members and you get a lot of interest they are making above what they charge for the use of their cars.
