GU Health

GU Health has been a model of efficient, competent, and friendly customer service; indeed, all my interactions with them have been so easy that I've barely noticed them: I've gotten through immediately to a phone representative, the reps have been able to answer my questions/solve my problem, I've easily found the forms I need, and all claims have been paid quickly and with prompt dispatch of explanatory documentation. The only reason to not rate them five stars is that I've never had to test the limits of their service. And, I suppose, there is a natural discount due to the common flaw of all health insurers, which is the difficulty of fully understanding one's coverage. That said, I definitely recommend them.
