For Australia - really good Mexican...
Guzman Y Gomez is as close as it gets to American-standard upmarket fast food Mexican in Australia. The Kings Cross shop maintains the standards found at Newtown and other locations, like Bondi Junction at the MLC in the Sydney CBD. Personally, a big fan of the burrito bowl (no tortila; just rice, beans, meat, chilli). The layout of this location, triangular shaped facing the Kings Cross streetscape is fun, too.
Awesome Mexican
This is a great take-away/quick, but casual meal in joint. Tasty food that's sure to never disappoint and prices that are pocket friendly. Be warned: This place gets ridiculously busy and has limited seating so you might be forced to take your meal away or stand while you eat. For a good meal, I'll do anything and suggest you do the same.
