Classy and helpful
We bought our house through Hamilton's 4 years ago, in an easy and professional transaction. I've bugged them (their receptionist really) about all kinds of stuff since (who's a good handman? painter? electrician? Since real estate agents always know the low down on who is reliable and affordable. They've been helpful at every step of the way.
They also get bonus points for three other little things:
1) Jocelyn remembering my name (and our address) when she sees me in the street after 4 years, and what was frankly a pretty short interaction. She's by far the most impressive of their crew.
2) They get extra credit for being selective in the properties they take on
3) They have the most attractive layout and design of any real estate agents. And when you have to see this stuff everywhere, good design matters.
