Its easy to find bad Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup) in the Sydney CBD, however its hard to find good Pho Bo. This place has it - tangy, spicy, fragrant and fresh. Heap in a table spoon of chili and some fresh mint and lemon and you are good to go. For $7.50, you can't go wrong. This place is a little hard to find - if you enter Hunter Connection from George street, it is the first soup kitchen you hit on the right hand side.
