better than the rest, but still some cust service challenges
recently added naked dsl from internode. the actual service once its up and running is good, but the general communication from the vendor during setup was hit or miss. one of us stayed home for the installation during the scheduled time and no one showed up. we called internode and they indicated they had no way to communicate with the techs during the day, and they'd know by 7 PM if a service report had been filed. chalk up one missed day of work...
the next day i called back and got a techical service person who knew his stuff cold. checked the line remotely, counseled me on what gear (modem, etc) i needed. after a quick run to office world, i had everything up and running myself in a relatively complex configuration. the technical services person called back that night to check in and help out more if i needed help - that was pretty awesome, even though it was already working by then.
so in the end it's worth it - install was faster than i had been told (i had been warned about six to eight weeks and it only took two). but you just may not get any feedback about whether then install needs to happen, is happening, or will happen.
