JaxQuickFit Tyres

I honestly can't think of better customer service I've ever received in Australia.

At about midnight last night, my car, with a severely blown out tyre, was towed to JaxQuickFit Tyres in Kensington.

At 7.30am this morning, I called the business (which was already open) and told them it was our car. At 8am my wife dropped off the car key to them en route to work. They called to confirm my approval of a change of arrangements for the tyres I needed, and because a little more work was required (in other words, didn't do it, then try to charge me for unapproved work).

They indicated the tyres could be done by 10am the same day!

And at 9.30am texted me to let me know the work was done (that is, early, and in a total turnaround time of 90 minutes).

On collecting the car, they were fast, friendly, efficient. 

I am staggered at how superb the workmanship and service was and cannot imagine taking my tyre repair business elsewhere again.
