My husband and I rented a property through these 'agents'. Outside of being incredibly rude to us throughout our tenancy over the telephone it should be noted that they did not once come to inspect the property.. which is fine for us, but as a homeowner myself, I can only dread to think what could have happened if we weren't decent, clean and tidy peope.

We gave our month notice and paid over $400 to get professional carpet cleaners and home cleaners in to do a sterling job. I really cannot fault us on our tenancy in any way. We were exemplary clients.

Once we moved, we had to call several times over the course of a month to get part of our overpaid rental back from the agents. They only paid us a portion of it as they stated they had no funds and could not afford to pay us the rest!!!! It has now been over 3 months since we moved out, and STILL we have not received our money. When we call them they brazenly state that it will be put in the bank today... but that never happens of course. We must be a running joke for them. 

They are not a professional outfit, and they are certainly not nice people.

I would think twice before doing any business with them.
