Justice of the Peace Service

In the past, whenever i have had to have documents (such as witness statements or affidavits) witnessed, or copies of documents certified, I have had to pay a solicitor or court clerk through the nose for the service. I was amazed to find that Waverly Council provide these services free of charge. Amazingly, the JPs provide their services on a voluntary basis, which i find so refreshing in this day and age. I have had to make use of this service 3 times in the past 5 months and I am pleased to say that I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes before arriving at the head of the queue. I don't know if this is because people are unaware of the service (and still paying through the nose) so I thought that CU would be the perfect place to publicise it!
