Nothing good can be said of this business!
For the amount of customer service, professionalism or knowledge that this business offers it may as well close it's doors! The staff vary from ignorant to downright rude and I have never encountered anyone who seems to know their job.
There is a high turnover of staff, so no rapport can be built.
I visit regularly (unfortunately) due to the fact that our business post box is held there and I can not recall an experience that has come even close to easy.
The staff often wander off in the middle of serving you to help other staff members who have no clue of what they are doing. All this is done without a word or even a look of acknowledgement to you - the customer.
Come on Australia Post, do better!
