Outstanding service + value
I hope you're sitting down for this one - a whitegoods repairman who actually rang to say that he was going to be a little late (actually, he wasn't late at all, given that he was to be here between 4 and 6 pm and he turned up at 5.40 pm)! I'm still hyperventilating.
And as if that's not enough, the callout fee was $65 (instead of $95) and labour charged at $20 per every 15 mins (instead of $20 for every 10 mins). He came, fixed the dryer and was gone in well under 30 mins.
Support these guys. Excellent service and value.

I'll never go anywhere else, nice work guys. If only you could enjoy service like this every time you needed something done.
