La Renaissance Cafe Patisserie

I've been buying some special birthday mousses from here for some time, because I know that there's quality in everything made here. There are pies, coffee, sweets, macarons, croissants, a delightful place to be for the sweet tooth.

Last weekend I dropped by for a creme caramel before heading to Sydney Theatre to watch a play. There was a bit of a wait for my sister's takeaway coffee but she said after it was worth the wait plus we managed to catch a glimpse of a french chef bringing out special desserts from the kitchen. I haven't yet explored the back which I think has an indoor seating area, but there are always visitors seated outside the cafe enjoying live music at the Rocks Markets.
