Unhappy customer
I agree with Anastasia. Had the same experience. They cancelled my appointment that I booked 3 months in advence without even letting me know. I got there only to discover the shop was closed. I tried calling them multiple times to find out what is happening and no one picked up. Left multiple messages. TWO hours after my appointment time she called me back telling me it was cancelled. That to me is unprofessional and disrespectful. I know I was quite pissed off when she eventually called me back (who wouldn't be, after waiting for 3 months, took a day off work and travelled all the way over there only to be told a couple hours later it was cancelled).
What I really don't get is how other people who had good experiences with them bag out others who did not? It really has never crossed your mind that occassionally they can be unprofessional and that they disrespected the customer first? Not everyone is a 'smack of a customer'. Obviously they got things right most of the times (which explain why they are still in business and why some people loves them so much). Unfortunately they can, and will, stuff up and I received a crap shameful service from them
excellent laser business, effective treatment
i bought an our deal voucher a while ago, and recently remebered i had it. i called laserific and they quickly booked an appointment for me. Thanks laserific fo making so easy as i attended my appointment to and it was great.
they also use the latest in medical grade hair removal machines. did not feel a thing....

Hi, i have to start by thanking the therapist at Laserific for giving me a thorough treatment. I have been to other hair removal companies and i either found them unprofessional or rushed my treatment. I was also very pleased with their service and i highly recommend them. Laserific will definately be seeing me again!!

What ever happened to the old saying of "the customer is always right". These people are the rudest people i have ever dealt with. I left an answering machine message in which they blantly lied & said they didnt recieve it & then did not honour my appointment. She then told me she was fully booked one night & when i drove past they were shut. So rude & unprofessional.
WORST experiance EVER!
True Story
I bought a deal from Our deal and the owner cancelled and would not validate it. I paid before I had the service. I Showed up to the appt and the salon was closed!! The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. She took my money and lied. I have had to contact the Fair trading. I am still waiting for my money, Absolutely shameful. Bad business and very dodgy.
