Disproportionate amount of sales pressure
Went to the Lattouf Hair Spa looking for what Aveda salons in my experience provide -- a good haircut with some modicum of luxury. The haircut was fine -- not great, but fine. But what really soured the experience was the degree to which I was constantly subjected -- before, during and after my cut -- to a disproportionate amount of sales pressure for a variety of Aveda products, making stressful what should have been a relaxing experience.
Great place for a haircut
Lattouf is a great place to get your haircut and some special treatment. You're welcomed with a blue oil massage when you first arrive and offered a hot drink (they've got their own coffee/hot choc machine on site -- a HUGE plus in my books!) Service here is always great - shout out to my fabulous hairdresser, Alex!
They're ridiculously busy on a Saturday so make sure you book.
