Lazar's Butchery

This little place does perhaps the best speck I've tasted. Really smoky. They cut it to whatever size you want once you've nominated 'fatty' or 'meaty'. Just don't push the friendship by asking them to slice anything for you. Despite the shining slice machine sitting right there on the counter, they will NOT use it on your purchase. I haven't yet worked out what they do with the blasted thing. They also do a nice salami kind of thing called something like csabai.
