Lee Creative Beauty's Penthouse Salon: Sydney

WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever been subjected to from a business, and I walked away with no treatment. 

I purchased a voucher to use for a treatment at this location, and I was completely robbed.  I showed up five minutes early, and the owner Jennfier screamed at me for not being 15 minutes early.  She claimed that my business had no value to her because she does not make any money off the vouchers from partners (Living Social, Our Deal, Deal Fetch, etc.). She tried to tell me the name I gave her on the phone wasnt the same name that was on the voucher.  I go by Caity and my full name is Caitlin, and she still grilled me about it!

I recently had had another treatment done, and she said she could not perform what I purchased because it was too close to this other treatment.  I have had this done in the past, and no other clinic in Sydney I've been to has said you cant have these treatments that close together.  She even had the nerve to say my skin was so bad because Ive probably had the wrong treatments this whole time.  This was taking one look at my skin in poor lighting and I had full coverage makeup on! She did NOT call, text, or email to confirm my appointment at all leading up to the day, and there was NO mention or warning that she could not perform this treatment if others had been done previously.

She completely refused me service, and said I could purchase the difference of the treatment for the full price, and I couldnt come back for two months to get it fulfilled.  She did not offer to give me another service of equal value, and was incredibly rude and disrespectful.  She said my voucher would be forfeited and I would get nothing if I rescheduled and would have to pay the full price of the treatment.

So essentially I purchased a deal from this place and was left with NOTHING, she took my voucher and I had to walk out. The woman who owns and operates this business is INCREDIBLY mean and disrpectful, and does NOT deserve your money. She has no concept of politeness or how to treat a client.  I've been to so many other amazing facial clinics and specialists in Sydney, please stay away from this place. There are lots of vouchers out there for Lee Creative Beauty, be careful if you get one, her business is clearly struggling and does not respect voucher clients the same as full paying customers!
