Good pizza, good service, kid-friendly

Agree with other reviewers that this is a good place to take the kid(s) for the early shift. Pizzas are tasty, service is good and both adult- and child-friendly, and there is plenty of room to sit and/or for the No.1 son to do Spiderman impersonations (jumping around, casting webs etc.) without driving other patrons insane. Pizzas are on the pricey side ($80 for 3 pizzas, one medium and two large) but on balance well worth a visit.

Consistently good

A couple of families decided it was high time our toddlers started to develop some restaurant skills. Pizza seemed the way to go. We showed up early – 5:30 on a Sunday – and were seated, ordered an entrée quickly and food came quickly. The space is big and for some reason (thankfully) the noise of the various kids (there were others) didn’t seem to travel or bother the other diners. (Or perhaps they realized that they assumed the risk by showing up for dinner at 5:30?) The pizza is consistently good, with fresh and high quality ingredients and very convenient. There are a couple of better pizza places in Sydney (Pizza Mario, Rosso Pomodoro) but I would definitely go back with (or without) kids. The menu might be a bit limited for kids since a lot of the pizzas are spicy but kids don’t really need variety, do they? They probably don’t need fancy Buffalo Mozzarella either but when in Paddington…

Need to take a look at themselves

I used to love this place, and would eat there whenever the opportunity arose.

When I went back after a baby-related hiatus, something had changed.

We were all charged ridiculous amounts for corkage (even when it's being served in water glasses?!) and we were not allowed to eat a birthday cake, specially arranged for the birthday gal, inside the restaurant. Instead we had to cut it up inside and eat it out on the pavement.

Because of the service we also received on the night, and after the event, I'll never ever go back again. This happened a year ago - and I'm still talking about it.

Delicious pizza (also a bit pricey)

Love Supreme's pizza is delicious (a great crust, top-quality ingredients, tasty combinations) and the place is nice too (casual but contemporary).  I was also impressed with the quick and calm-in-the-face-of-family-mania service (we had two toddlers in tow).  Indeed, the only downside is that the prices are a bit high - clearly a reflection of the quality of ingredients and the premium Oxford Street location.  I did note the takeaway prices are quite a bit lower, so that might be a good bet if you're wanting to save a bit.  But regardless, I expect to be back - good 'za and a nice location with good service are a winning combination.
