Mark Sweeney, Builder

Mark did a renovation for us on our terrace in Paddington. This included knocking out a wall, moving a wall, completely re-doing the bathroom, renovating the kitchen, painting the house inside and out and repolishing the floors. Of course, several of these jobs were done by tradesmen other than Mark, but Mark oversaw the whole job. We gave Mark approximately 3 weeks from start to moving in date and kept adding jobs as we went along. Mark did a very good quality job, in a ridiculously short period of time, appeared to care about our deadline as much as we did and did it all for the price that he said he would. Mark cleaned up properly after his work, which isn't always the case with builders, made his sub-contractors undo and redo work that he wasn't happy with and was a plasure to deal with. What more could you ask for in a builder?!
