Property management must be a time consuming and administratively painful experience. As a landlord myself, I know how much work my own property managers put into looking after my property. However, there is no excuse for the terrible experience Marriott Lane property managers put their tenants through. My experience as a tenant in one of their properties could be described as a 'comedy of errors', at best. In reality, 'nightmare' is a more accurate description! Even after contacting the owner at the end of my tenancy with some constructive feedback regarding the horrific customer service I experienced, a promised response to my concerns was never forthcoming. Never a good sign when the owner of a business isn't interested in the behaviour of their staff. He obviously has forgotten that tenants might also be property owners too!  I can only recommend that any tenants keep written records of absoluely EVERY communication with this agency.
