I wince when I get a statement

Argh!!!! I wince when I get a statement as I know the anger I will likely feel in 20 seconds when I read how my premiums have gone up - double what CPI is - and how particular benefits have been stripped. Every fricken benefit is structured in such a way that it may sound generous ($200 for optical...although that does not sound too generous) but ultimately it is capped at some infintesimal amount ($50). Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
