Come and enjoy Miss Marley's brand new extensive cocktail and wine menus, which are on hand to tide you over. Having been created with the same influences in mind, you are sure to find the perfect drink to accompany your meal.

Miss Marley's has been featured in various newspapers, websites and industry magazines including The Sydney Morning Herald, The (Sydney) Magazine, Spice Magazine, GC Magazine, Good Living, Gourmet Traveler, Destinations Dinning and Venue Magazine, Time Out Sydney 2011 Bars guide just to name a few.

Miss Marley’s

One of Sydney's coolest drinking and dining establishments, Miss Marley's embodies everything that is great about Manly - exceptional food and the finest cocktails delivered in a friendly and casual environment.

As you slide through the sheer curtains at the entrance, you'll feel as though you've been transported back to the '50's - when style and sophistication reigned supreme. The retro backdrop and candle-lit tables provide an ambiance like nowhere else in Manly, and a read through the menu is sure to get your taste buds tingling.

Menu executed by Head Chef Paul Del Altura and the discernable tastes of owner Kieran Bailey, the menu is a concoction of traditional Pan American flavours mixed with some modern flair. Featuring classic Central & South American dishes, as well as influences from Cuba and the Caribbean, it may take you a while to decide which dish to choose!

Consequently, the dishes have been created tapas-style and are ideal for sharing so you can order a selection from the menu and not feel too guilty! The Jamaican jerk chicken accompanied with grilled pineapple is especially tasty, and can be teamed with a serve of the king prawn chupe with manchego crust, and maybe the eggplant and red onion salad on the side to balance it out.

As well as the breathtaking food menu, the cocktail and wine lists are equally as impressive. Following the same influences as the food, the wines are predominantly sourced from Central and South America, the casa lapostolle cab sauv is particularly delightful. If wine isn’t your thing, or you’re just in the mood for a cocktail, try one of our house created margaritas – you won’t be disappointed.

Open Monday to Sunday from 5pm.

Great decor, has a really cosy and intimate vibe & the music is pretty soulful too. The food is great & I'm a big fan of the Mexi-Can't cocktail - especially when they're on 2 for 1!
