Mortgage Choice - Hornsby

Mortgage Choice is a nationwide franchise system of financial planners and mortgage brokers, and I've dealt only with the Hornsby branch, owned/operated by Stuart Ellicott. He's excellent. The worst that can be said is that his advice can sometimes seem a little waffly out of his great caution and concern to ensure his customers fully understand what they're getting into. There was also one incident where some paperwork filed for a mortgage application wrongly had us applying for a different kind of financing than we were looking for (which Stuart fixed for us almost immediately). But my wife and I have bought and financed two properties now acting on his advice, and he's always been patient to explain things to two relative financial ignoramuses like us, responsive, full of good suggestions on practical options, and able to get us what seem like the very best rates out there. He'll even come out to you for face to face meetings (in our case, to the East of Sydney despite where he's located). In all, I'd be comfortable recommending him, at least for the mortgage broking services on which we've used him, to any friend or fellow site user.
