The service provided at NAB CBD by Ernest from the 75 Elizabeth Street branch has been consistently excellent. He goes the extra meter. He is thorough. He consistently explains choices and directs us to the best options. And, he has a terrific manner. I wish all banks had people like Ernest. Since they don't ... find Ernest!
Always negotiate
After several problems with my credit card and the fees they collect; I spoke to the bank.In order to have maintain a relationship with the bank, I have had a credit card for years. Why then do I need to continue giving them fees for my loyalty. I wrote a letter to them and they took my connection with them as a strong point and removed my fees. Always negotiate.
