The people of Newtown has voted. This is a crowd pleaser.
What makes Newtown Thai so great?The food is fresh. It's prepared very quickly. It tastes great and is priced pretty well. All up, it's a great mix for a quick bite out or as a regular takeaway location. Personally, I'm a massive fan of the chicken larb - clean and flavoursome. The Tom Yum isn't bad either. The staff are friendly too. It's a no frills place which does what it does well and has been faithfully serving the people of Newtown for a good many years.
super cheap and yummy
Try the duck curry and you will not eat anything else as long as you live! Something has to be said for the perfect meat to veg to sauce ratio. All to often I get 2 hunks of meat and tonnes of carrot, but not when I frequent Newtown Thai 2!
